Spring '24 Release - Account Engagement Quick Hits

If you're wondering what's new in Account Engagement, here are quick hits from the Spring 2024 release notes:

• No longer can Account Engagement post to X/Twitter (X changed API rules).
• Gmail and Yahoo require DKIM, so update your DNS if you haven't already.
• A new email designer will be ready to test. You can still use the traditional email builder, but try the new one in Salesforce.
• Data Cloud continues to innovate, allowing data import from Account Engagement to enrich and consolidate information.
• Two more items to be aware of: there are some API changes and generative AI will increasingly become more prevalent in Account Engagement.
