Spring '25 Release - Account Engagement Quick Hits

In the New Year, here are quick hits in the Account Engagement Spring '25 release:

  • Starting in 2025 H2, Enhanced Email Experience phases out. A reminder to try the newer Email Builder in Marketing Cloud.
  • Generative AI is supported in additional languages for forms, landing pages, and email.
  • Explore additional marketing capabilities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud via the new Optimizer.
  • That same Optimizer will surface issues to you on one screen. Plus email errors are now more informative.
  • Again, Data Cloud grows more capable with streamlined processes for creating data streams that include landing pages, emails, and forms.
  • Use Salesforce CMS workspaces for consolidated, streamlined content creation, which is also supported via API.
